These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ScamSense mobile application, published by VolexTech and created by developer Bheem (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using ScamSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ScamSense provides automated risk evaluations and advisory guidance, NOT a legal or financial guarantee. AI models can occasionally misclassify messages or miss novel fraud tactics. Always verify independently and never rely solely on ScamSense for critical banking, financial, or legal decisions. For formal fraud complaints in India, contact the National Cybercrime Helpline at 1930 or your bank immediately.
1. Nature & Scope of Service
ScamSense is an informational intelligence tool engineered to assist individuals in identifying deceptive SMS alerts, phishing websites, fraudulent QR codes, and cyber impersonation attempts. It is not an antivirus, banking authority, or law enforcement agency.
2. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities
- Use the application exclusively for legitimate personal or family fraud protection.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or overload ScamSense or its server infrastructure.
- Do not submit malicious payloads intended to disrupt services or bypass system guardrails.
3. Subscriptions & Google Play Billing
- ScamSense Plus subscriptions and purchases are billed securely via Google Play in accordance with Google Play Billing Policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the billing cycle.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime directly in Google Play Store > Subscriptions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, VolexTech and developer Bheem shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses or damages resulting from decisions made on the basis of analysis results.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any statutory disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

ScamSense उपयोगकर्ताओं को फर्जी SMS, फिशिंग लिंक, नकली लॉटरी, फर्जी जॉब ऑफर, QR कोड फ्रॉड और अनचाहे कॉल घोटालों से सुरक्षित रहने के लिए एक सूचनात्मक चेतावनी टूल है।
2. स्वीकार्य उपयोग व आपकी जिम्मेदारी
- इस ऐप का उपयोग केवल वैध व्यक्तिगत व पारिवारिक सुरक्षा के लिए करें।
- ऐप के सिस्टम या सर्वर पर किसी भी प्रकार का अवैध हमला, रिवर्स-इंजीनियरिंग या ओवरलोड करने का प्रयास न करें।
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की निजी अथवा संवेदनशील जानकारी को बिना अनुमति के ऐप में न डालें।
3. सब्सक्रिप्शन एवं गूगल प्ले बिलिंग
ScamSense Plus की खरीदारी Google Play Billing नीतियों के अनुसार सुरक्षित तरीके से प्रोसेस की जाती है। आप Google Play Store > Subscriptions में जाकर अपनी सदस्यता को कभी भी प्रबंधित या रद्द कर सकते हैं।
4. दायित्व की सीमा (Limitation of Liability)
लागू कानूनों के तहत, VolexTech और डेवलपर भीम किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष वित्तीय हानि अथवा परिणामी नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे जो ऐप द्वारा दिए गए सुझावों या विश्लेषण के आधार पर किए गए निर्णयों से उत्पन्न हो।
5. लागू कानून व क्षेत्राधिकार
ये शर्तें और ScamSense का उपयोग भारत के कानूनों द्वारा नियंत्रित होते हैं। किसी भी कानूनी विवाद का निपटारा भारतीय न्यायालयों के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत किया जाएगा।
